The Rooms
Just three, because less is more. Each one has its own unique style, which isn’t just “retro,” but a carefully balanced mix of vintage details and the raw practicality of modern life. Every piece is chosen with obsessive care — nothing is left to chance, or at least nothing that isn’t there to make you feel like a Maharaja, surrounded by the almost unreal calm of a landscape that feels like a painting hanging in the window. They accommodate two to four guests, with breakfast and daily cleaning always included, because, let’s face it, some things are simply non-negotiable.
Nord
The smallest room is tucked in the attic, where natural light pours in through two windows and a skylight, flooding the space with a unique brightness despite its north-facing position, with views over the olive groves. At the center of the room, an elegant golden metal four-poster bed stands out as the true focal point of the space.
A raised walk-in closet optimizes the space, combining functionality with style. The oak parquet floor adds warmth and gives the room an authentic, homey feel. The bathroom, finished in shades of green and black, is adorned with Marazzi tiles, showcasing the best of Italian craftsmanship.

The family room is located on the top floor, in the attic. On clear days, you can catch a glimpse of the lake in the distance, as well as enjoy a postcard-perfect view of the village of Pizzon and its lush surroundings. The room consists of two separate double bedrooms.
A private bathroom with a spacious shower, featuring a comfortable tiled seat, completes the space. In the master bedroom, you can still admire the original openings of the old pigeon loft, now transformed into framed little windows that let in a soft, gentle light in the afternoon.

A spacious dependance, created in the room beneath the terrace. It’s perfect for those who want to fully enjoy their privacy. Accessed directly from the garden via a private little terrace, the room is bathed in natural light, with seven windows surrounding it on all sides.
Inside, an elegant Vienna straw bed, a velvet corduroy armchair, and a spacious walk-in closet define the space, making it both cozy and refined. The turquoise bathroom, enriched with golden details, features a modern-designed shower with a comfortable seat.
